Dr. Soheila Pashang

Dr. Soheila Pashang is a psychotherapist and consultant.

Dr. Soheila Pashang (PhD, MSW, RSW) is a registered Social Worker/Psychotherapist and professor with extensive experience in working with individuals, families, and groups. She is a certified SafeTALK suicide intervention trainer, a certified Life Skills coach, a certified Parenting Group and Anger Management facilitator. As a consultant, she provides expertise to those in the legal profession, research, workshops, and training to organizations.
 
Dr. Pashang joined academia as a faculty member in 2007, after working as
a Social Worker/Psychotherapist in the Greater Toronto Area since 1990. Her consulting work, therefore, is embedded in decades of teaching experience and front-line practice.
 

Over the years, she has edited three academic books and has published book chapters, and journal articles while engaging in numerous training and research projects.
